Return & Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies depending on the product. Some products are non-refundable, while others have a 15-day return window. It is the customer's responsibility to review the specific return details for each product at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unwashed & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at help@sulayra.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
